Golden Sapphire and Diamond Ring

Golden Sapphire framed in a sweet East-West orientated graduated Halo of Natural Diamonds. This Sapphire ring is constructed with 18ct Yellow Gold for the band and 18ct White Gold white Gold for the setting. The natural Golden Sapphire is secured with four little claws and the Diamonds are set with common claws meaning the Diamonds side by side share a claw. This allows for minimal metal intrusion across the sparkle of the top-quality natural Gems.  

The Sapphire is a lovely intense Yellow moving into shades of Orange which gives it the Golden Sapphire Name. This type of colour is amongst the brightest for Sapphire type Gems and performs well in all light sources.

The Ring features pinched shoulders which allow the design to appear fine, yet the band is not thin. The band is solid and well-constructed with a comfort curve inside and a lovely four-leaf flower motif supporting the setting.

The ring was made in Australia with some special features. The Shank is nice and heavy but refined with a double rounded profile. The Halo stones fit snugly to their seats creating a fine yet strong setting that stops stones being knocked or dragged out with everyday wear. We Sourced the Sapphire in the Chinese quarter of Malacca in Malaysia and appears consistent with a Sri Lankan origin Gem. The Diamonds are top quality brilliant Cut Natural stones F.VS.
