Australian Opal Art Deco Style Ring

Crystal Opal with an incredible colour mix combination. The gem is a white base stone with a translucent body showing blue, green, and yellow electric flash when viewed from the top direction. This pattern looks a little like the mackerel pattern found in natural opal and when the stone is orientated the opposite side of the gem exhibits a bright red glow like a sunrise. It is amazing to see the different features in this tiny gem.

The ring is like an art deco inspired picture frame with incredibly fine handmade details. These details are individually hand forged making them strong and exhibit a beautiful 18ct yellow colour. This colour is contrasted with the purple titanium backing feature inserted under the filigree finished with two bright pink-purple sapphires. The shoulders are grain-set with natural brilliant cut diamonds in a solid hand forged band.
